Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager located in Jakarta. The Senior Account Manager will responsible for New Client Acquisitions, handle daily client interactions, manage and develop key client relationships, and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded. The role includes coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives. Reporting and analyzing market trends to inform client strategies will also be a critical part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in client account management, negotiation, and relationship building
- Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategic solutions, and deliver tailored recommendations
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering client-focused results
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites and CRM
- Bachelor's degree (any Field)
- Minimum of 5 (five) years working experience or 3 (three) years with proven record in Sales / Customer Service / Business Development area at ERP or Business Solutions Provider company.
