Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership of the sales organization, setting vision and strategy for OTT and publisher-side revenue growth.
  • Lead and inspire a team of account managers and senior account managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships (CMOs, agency leaders, industry stakeholders).
  • Develop and implement innovative sales solutions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Partner with executive leadership across functions (Product, Marketing, Data, Strategy) to align business objectives.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and market intelligence to inform executive decision-making.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, strengthening brand visibility and positioning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media sales, programmatic or ad network.
  • Proven success in scaling revenue, designing sales strategy, and leading large teams.
  • Established executive-level relationships within the media and advertising industry.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate market insights into business growth.
  • Excellent executive-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
