Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear briefs and actionable tasks for the creative and media teams.
- Manage and oversee digital campaign execution across various platforms (social media, digital ads, influencer/KOL, etc.).
- Monitor campaign progress, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and meet quality standards.
- Prepare and deliver campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling digital services to support client growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Requirement:
- Bachelors Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- 13 years of experience as an Account Executive in a digital agency (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, and social media trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, solution-oriented, and client-first mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (creative, media, KOL, production).
