Job Description

Propose and implement activity plans, budgets, and sales plans (including sales strategies and sales programs) for key accounts within the assigned area of responsibility. Prepare sales forecasts and provide current data/information as well as insights on future sales opportunities related to key accounts within the assigned territory. Additionally, develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts under responsibility to enhance sales effectiveness and support the achievement of the company's revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales plans, forecasts, and sales strategies to achieve business targets and ensure optimal product availability.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify business opportunities to support effective sales and marketing initiatives within the assigned territory.
  • Execute sales, promotional, and product launch activities in alignment with company strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners to support business development and customer retention.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, ensure compliance with FCA/FSCA requirements, and provide regular performance reporting in accordance with company standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably having 2 years in the healthcare, diagnostics or medical device industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans, forecasts, and territory growth strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
