Responsibilities
- Work with Liquid accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare and manage successful kick-off and delivery of online campaigns, making sure that client needs are met and questions answered in a timely manner
- Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact
- Work closely and collaboratively with creative teams, digital strategists, and content teams to ensure work is progressed through the delivery process and completed on time and on budget
- Lead the pitching process including preparing the winning deck.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2years+ agency experience in Account Management, Digital Media Planner, Digital Marketing, Campaign Planning, or Campaign Management position
- Experience in working with various industries: FMCG, Beauty, Tech, and Finance preferred
- Good understanding and working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tiktok, etc),
- Highly organized, good time management, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Outgoing personality, strong motivation to learn new skills, and ability to think independently
