Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Account Executive position based in Jakarta, Indonesia with hybrid work flexibility. The Senior Account Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring deliverables align with their objectives. The role includes developing and executing strategic plans while coordinating with internal teams to achieve project excellence. The individual will track campaign performance, address client feedback, and proactively suggest solutions or improvements as needed.

• Strong skills in account management and client communication to build and maintain excellent working relationships.
• Ability to develop and manage strategic plans, incorporating a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends.
• Proficiency in timeline & project management, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of deliverables.
• Experience in marketing, branding, and creative strategy to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven experience in working within a hybrid work environment and collaborating effectively with remote and in-office teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in creative agencies or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Can-do attitude is a must
