Collaborate closely with internal teams (KOL specialists, strategy, creative, and reporting) to ensure seamless project delivery.
Provide excellent service to all stakeholders; proactively highlight and escalate client concerns to support senior management in identifying potential issues.
Prepare reports based on clients requests.
Handle administrative tasks such as SO, PO, and other client-related paperwork.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 12 years of solid experience in social media or influencer marketing.
Experience in handling sales is an advantage.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing and the social media landscape.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong in networking and communication skills (both Indonesian and English).
Demonstrates initiative and potential in leading social media campaigns.
Fast response and strong-minded with the ability to work under pressure.
