Role Description

As an Account Executive at Curv Creative, you will serve as the strategic lead and primary liaison between our clients and internal team. You are responsible for nurturing long term partnerships while ensuring every deliverably meets our quality standar, driving both client satisfaction and business growth.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day communication and relationship management.
• Act as the vital link between client needs and our internal creative/execution teams.
• Oversee 23 brand accounts, guaranteeing quality and on time delivery.
• Audit all deliverables against the agreed Scope of Work.
• Identify and capture organic growth and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate on new business pitches, including deck prep and closing negotiations.

Requirements & Nice to Haves:

• 3+ years in an agency setting (Social Media/Content experience preferred).
• Experience managing FMCG brands.
• Demonstrated ability to retain and grow high value accounts.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
