Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to lead strategic discussions with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on client goals and campaign strategies
  • Conduct detailed analysis of campaign performance and prepare comprehensive reports that offer insights for future improvements
  • Act as a creative resource, bringing fresh ideas and industry insights to the table to help clients achieve their marketing goals
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges for clients
  • Ensure that all campaign projects are completed on time and within scope, coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive
  • Proficient in communication and presentation in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and provide insights that contribute to campaign success and client satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance client relationships
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Skills and knowledge in project management applications like Asana would be advantageous
  • Strong time management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
