Job Description

Job Description:

  • Draft policies and metrics for governing sellers on the platform by working closely with commercial, operations, legal and marketing teams to roll out policies
  • Work with large data sets to distil insights into sellers behaviour and propose policies
  • Propose new initiatives to improve seller's performance by benchmarking against competitors or through data analysis Drive end-to-end implementation of said initiatives
  • Communicate ideas and findings in a logical and structured manner to management
  • Conceptualise new process and product improvements for sellers Collaborate with Product teams to translate ideas into business requirements and new product launches
  • Review scopes and manage processes to govern risk for platform including financial and PR risk mitigations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1+ years of relevant or proven experience (E.g., business development, operations)
  • Interest to build broad capabilities in strategy, operations, and data analytics in the e-Commerce industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and customer service software
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management
  • Comfortable working with large sets of data and simplifying complex data into insights
  • Strong curiosity to understand the whys and hows and to develop the so-what that will shape policies, initiatives and features
  • Proficiency in SQL preferred
