Job Description:

  • Support and co-lead strategic, cross-functional projects in collaboration with senior team members, contributing to brand and seller development initiatives.
  • Proactively identify high-potential sellers or segments, guiding category teams to focus on the right seller portfolio (note: this is a strategic role, not direct seller management).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on brand performance insights and drive clarity on brand contribution to the platform.
  • Drive seller/brand acquisition efforts by working with internal stakeholders to secure upstream supply and enhance assortment completeness.
  • Contribute to seller/brand growth strategies not limited to enhance seller capabilities or operational excellence which will improve overall buyer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in strategy, management consulting, startup, or e-commerce roles is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks and actionable steps.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
