Job Scope

• Manages and implements the ISPS Security Plan in coordination with the Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO).
• Supervises 24/7 security personnel, manages contractor performance, and ensures all surveillance systems (CCTV, Alarms, Access Control) are fully operational.
• Leads security risk assessments, conducts on-site inspections, investigates breaches, and coordinates emergency response.
• Maintains accurate security logs and submits comprehensive weekly/monthly activity reports to management and government agencies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Min. Diploma/bachelor's degree from a Military College/Police Academy is a plus.
• Experience min. 6 years of professional security experience with a minimum of 4 years in operational leadership roles
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both oral and written)
• Fully proficient in MS Word with a solid working knowledge of MS Excel.
