We're looking for Security Awareness Training Engineer to join our team with requirement as follow:
Responsibility:
- Implementing new or additional cybersecurity awareness deployments in our customers environment, with possible integrations with other solutions.
- Maintaining existing Cybersecurity Awareness deployments in our customers environment by doing Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work.
- Configuring Cybersecurity Awareness tools for our customers use cases as part of implementation or tool enhancement services.
- Attaining product certifications as proof of solution expertise.
- Keeping up with new features if any, and trends in Cybersecurity Awareness use cases.
- Maintaining internal Cybersecurity Awareness labs for demo and troubleshooting purposes.
Qualifications required:
- A bachelor's degree in IT and or cyber background
- Min 2 (two) years service engineer focus on general security experience in IT infrastructure/cyber market
- Basic Knowledge of phishing and other cyberthreats
- Familiarity with SAT software (Knowbe4, TDX, Proofpoint, etc.)
- Proficient in creative design using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
