Monitor, manage, and ensure effective operation of all technology-based security systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control System, Intrusion Alarm, Visitor Management System, Fire & Life Safety Systems) and Ensure system availability, response readiness, and incident response capability.
Review and analyze existing systems to ensure alignment with current technology, regulatory standards, and operational needs.
Recommend system upgrades, optimizations, or replacement strategies based on lifecycle assessments and risk analysis.
Maintain and manage security-related assets, including electronic and physical systems, ensuring proper function, documentation, and lifecycle tracking.
Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance planning, and system helpline report.
Monitor, coordinate, and report on all security system projects or maintenance activities to ensure timely execution and resolution of technical issues.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers for troubleshooting, repairs, and implementation.
Maintain system documentation, audit records, service logs, and configuration files.
Ensure compliance with Corporate Standards, Internal Policies, and Security Requirements
Provide technical support during security investigations by extracting, analyzing, and presenting system data or evidence when required
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications in security systems (e.g., ASIS PSP, Avigilon/Genetec, Access Control Systems) are an advantage
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in security systems management, security operations, or technical security roles.
Prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial operations, or multi-site environments is preferred.
Experience working with vendors/contractors, and system integrators.
Strong knowledge of IP-based security systems, including cameras, NVR/VMS platforms, access control hardware, and security networks.
Ability to perform system diagnostics, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and analyze system logs or alerts.
Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, switches, servers, firewalls) as they relate to security systems.
Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and layout plans.
Familiarity with global security standards and best practices (e.g., Corporate Security Standards, risk assessment methodologies).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and basic data analysis.
Hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting: CCTV/IP Surveillance systems, Access Control Systems (ACS), Intrusion alarm systems and Command Center/Control Room operations.
Able to communicate with proper English & placement in Karawang.
