Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO's daily schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain proper filing systems (digital & physical).
  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests directed to the CEO.
  • Coordinate business trips, accommodations, reimbursements, and expense reports.
  • Monitor deadlines, action items, and ensure smooth execution of CEO's agenda.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant (preferably supporting C-Level).
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets).
  • Able to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to dynamic working situations.
  • High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and professionalism.
