Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative assistance including communications and coordination on the executive's behalf
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, and sending reminders
  • Managing the management team's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Preparing office memos, business letters, presentation materials and organize business trips

Qualifications

  • Responsive and able to multitask
  • Preferably minimum 2 years of experience as secretary or personal assistant
  • Technology-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin
