Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Secondary Mathematics Teacher role based in Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with curriculum standards, covering topics such as algebra, geometry, and basic statistics for secondary-level students. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, providing clear instruction, facilitating classroom discussions, and using a variety of assessment methods to monitor student progress. The role involves grading assignments and exams, offering constructive feedback, and providing additional support or enrichment as needed. The teacher will also participate in faculty meetings, collaborate with colleagues on curriculum and school initiatives, communicate regularly with parents or guardians, and help maintain a positive, orderly, and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications

Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and experience in Mathematics Education at the secondary level.
Demonstrated ability in Lesson Planning, including designing clear learning objectives and structured activities.
Status as a Qualified Teacher, with relevant teaching certification or licensure for secondary education.
Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and parents or guardians.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
Ability to use a range of teaching methods and classroom technologies to support diverse learning styles.
Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful learning environment.
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives and activities.
