Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Secondary Mandarin Teacher at Tunas Muda School. The teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering effective Mandarin lessons tailored to secondary school students, engaging students in language learning, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Chinese teaching, including skills in engaging and effective instruction of Mandarin
• Strong lesson planning and curriculum development skills
• Effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in education or teaching, particularly at the secondary school level
• Understanding of International Baccalaureate (IB) programs or similar educational frameworks is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mandarin, or a related field
• Passion for language education and fostering students cultural understanding
