ABOUT THE ROLE
Were hiring a Senior SEO Specialist (L3) who can both strategize and implement AI-first SEO content that ranks in Google and appears in ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity answers.
This is a hybrid role for someone who understands:
- How to write content that AI wants to cite
- How to structure it for maximum discoverability
- And how to collaborate with engineers or personally adjust the site structure to maximize SEO results
Location: Full-time, on-site in Jakarta
Key Responsibilities
- Own the AI-first SEO strategy, combining traditional SEO, semantic search, and AI discoverability
- Write and publish content thats citation-ready for LLMs: guides, explainers, FAQs, comparison pages, glossaries
- Determine the best site architecture for SEO (e.g., blog structure, subfolders, navigation hierarchy)
- Collaborate with engineers to implement:
- Schema markup (JSON-LD)
- Page speed improvements
- Mobile optimization
- Internal linking and structured content blocks
- Monitor and test where Gotrade appears in GPT, Gemini, and Perplexity results and optimize accordingly
- Track performance through GSC, Ahrefs, and AI search tools; report on rankings and AI mentions
- Stay ahead of AI-powered search changes (e.g., Googles SGE, LLM retrieval behavior)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Combines content strategy, SEO execution, and site implementation understanding
- Writes clearly and effectively for both human readers and AI models
- Understands how AI search engines retrieve and surface answers
- Able to guide or directly contribute to how SEO content is placed and linked in the site
- Passionate about fintech and educating people on investing
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in SEO content strategy and technical implementation
- Familiar with structured data (schema.org, JSON-LD) and SEO best practices
- Strong knowledge of internal linking, URL structure, metadata optimization, and content hierarchy
- Familiar with LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) and how they cite web content
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS and how these affect SEO
- Proficient in Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, Screaming Frog, etc.
- English fluency required; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
