As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile practices across cross-functional teams while ensuring strong communication, collaboration, and alignment between business stakeholders and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage communication and alignment between teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor team progress and coordinate with other teams/departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (IT, Business, or related field).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, and CPMO).
- 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Management Office.
- Familiar with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
