We URGENTLY need Scrum Master
Requirement:
- Bachelor/Professional Degree in Engineering: Computer/Information/Tech/Science/Math or relevant.
- Minimum 3 years experiences as Scrum Master or similar related roles
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum practices.
- Possess Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent Agile certification.
- Able to lead and guide a team of developers.
- Experience managing several developer teams simultaneously
- Good communication skills to facilitate collaboration between teams and with stakeholders, both in agile sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and retro.
- Able to manage and understand Agile artifacts such as Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and burndown charts. Either use Jira tools, or a Kanban board.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining project timelines
- Identifying and managing risks
- Monitoring progress against project goals
- Managing the scope of work to be done within the available time frame
- Leading the sprint ceremonies, such as the daily scrum and sprint retrospectives
- Facilitating Agile & SAFe events
- Monitors team performance metrics (velocity, burn down charts) to assess progress and identify areas for improvement
- Actively control the quality of products itself that is managed by the product team
- Identify and remove blockers that slow down the team
- Work with other scrum masters, RTE, UH, and management to resolve cross-team challenges
- Encouraging team collaboration & self-organization
