Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (e.g., Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective) to ensure productivity and effectiveness.
Coach the Development Team and Product Owner on best practices of Agile and Scrum methodology, promoting self-organization and cross-functionality.
Proactively identify, address, and remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress.
Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration among team members, as well as with external stakeholders and management.
Drive continuous improvement within the team and project processes, ensuring adherence to Agile principles (Scrum/Kanban).
Track and report on key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts) to provide transparency on project progress.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven experience working as a dedicated Scrum Master.
Strong professional experience in IT projects, software development, or acting as a dedicated support member within an Agile team.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Deep understanding of core Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and their practical application.
Experienced in using project and Agile management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Planner.
Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholder expectations.
