School Principal

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic School Principal to lead our academic institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring that all students receive a high-quality education, and creating a positive learning environment for teachers and students alike. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the school community, including teachers, staff and students
• Develop and implement academic programs and policies that promote student achievement and success
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students and staff
• Collaborate with parents, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the school's vision and mission
• Hire, train, and evaluate teachers

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Education or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a secondary school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Knowledge of current educational trends, practices, and technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, parents, students and community at large
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
