Key responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the school community, including teachers, staff and students
- Develop and implement academic programs and policies that promote student achievement and success
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students and staff
- Collaborate with parents, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the school's vision and mission
- Hire, train, and evaluate teachers
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Master's degree in Education or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a secondary school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of current educational trends, practices, and technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, parents, students and community at large
