SAP Product Owner- Solution Lead

Local SAP Product Owner: Own the SAP experience locally.

Embed new processes into the day-to-day operation, champion adoption, and ensure the system evolves to support business outcomes.

Go-to SAP local lead for how work gets done and first line escalation for business issues before global IT support.

(Bahasa fluency) location: Indonesia (Bahasa must)

Overview:

We are seeking an SAP Product Owner to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of SAP solutions that support our business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders and SAP delivery teams to define requirements, manage the product backlog, and ensure successful implementation of SAP features and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the SAP product roadmap and backlog
• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories
• Prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with SAP functional/technical teams and business stakeholders
• Support testing cycles and validate deliverables
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of SAP best practices

Qualifications:

• 10+ years SAP experience (S/4HANA or relevant modules preferred)
• Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills Preferred:
• SAP module certifications
• Experience with SAP Fiori, BTP, or integrations
