SAP IS-Retail Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP IS-Retail implementation on S/4HANA.
• Conduct workshops, design and configure retail-specific solutions (merchandising, pricing, promotions, replenishment).
• Ensure integration with MM, SD, FICO, eWM, POS.
• Drive fit-gap analysis, testing, and user training.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years in SAP IS-Retail, with at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
• Deep understanding of retail business processes and master data (Article Master, Site Master, Assortment, Pricing).
• Experience in leading functional teams and collaborating across streams.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA retail simplifications and omnichannel integration.
