Responsibilities
Job Description
- To represent Sampoerna University at extensively at internal & external recruitment events such as but not limited to: participate at an on and off-campus recruitment events, such as Open Days, Campus Tours, Workshops, etc.
- To build relation and network with selected target high school through the principle or councelors in order to reach potential students and parents in order to achieve target number of applciants that will lead to target number of committed students
- To deliver high quality presentations about Sampoerna University as well with give accurate information, advice and guidance to prospective students.
- Work closely with Student Recruitment Manager in identifying market as well with developing recruitment strategy to earn leads and conversions through activities.
- Input students data and application, follow up on all opportunity or interested leads. Updating all students status on a daily and weekly basis.
- Coordinate with Admissions, Testing Center, Bursary and other related department to ensure all applications, applying and admitted students are dealt accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any major with 1-3 years experience in sales and marketing for education program.
- Preferable coming from education consulting company and having strong experience with USA education system
- Possesses strong experience in handling students to study overseas, experience in MBA or Master Degree program would be preferable.
- Fluent communication in English both verbal and written
