Job Description
- Plan, set, and deliver standards for learning.
- Prepare and support critical thinking for students in the classroom.
- Establish classroom management utilizing positive coaching.
- Observe and evaluate student's performance and development.
- Understanding of academic, social, and behavioral needs and characteristics of high-level students.
- Establish links with the parent community to ensure that parents are kept well informed about student progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English Literature or English Language.
- Possesses at least 5 years of teaching experience
- Experienced in teaching English for middle school students
- Experienced with Cambridge Curriculum is a must and checkpoint exam preparation experience preferred
- Proven ability to develop successful academic programs.
