Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at PT New Ratna Motor (Nasmoco Group), located in Wonosobo. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, developing and maintaining positive customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. Other duties include conducting product demonstrations, negotiating deals, preparing sales documentation, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capability to adapt to customer needs.
- Familiarity with automotive products and a keen interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail for proper sales documentation and timely follow-ups.
- Experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- A professional attitude with a focus on team collaboration and achieving shared goals.
