This is a full-time on-site role located in Bekasi for a Sales Technician. The Sales Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, assisting the sales team with detailed product knowledge, conducting technical demonstrations of e-bikes, maintaining and troubleshooting e-bike systems, and collaborating with the team to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales performance. Additional responsibilities include keeping up-to-date with product developments and market trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.

• Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
• Experience in customer service and technical product demonstrations
• Sales and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly to customers
• Knowledge of e-bike technologies and components is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client visits if necessary
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Mechanics, or a related field is preferred but not a must
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
