The Scarlett Sales Talent Acceleration Graduate Program is a 6-month accelerator program crafted to build future leaders for our Sales General Trade Division.
What You Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree from any related major with minimum GPA of 3.0 from reputable universities
- Has internship experiences is a plus point, but fresh graduates are welcome!
- High-energy, communicative, and quick learner
- Sharp logical and numerical thinking
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Adaptable, motivated, and ready to grow
- Open to being placed anywhere across Indonesia
- Able to drive both a car and a motorcycle
What You Will Do:
- Ensure outlet coverage targets are met by supervising field sales staff and monitoring account penetration.
- Achieve sales targets through effective sales planning, monitoring, and team support.
- Coach, guide, and motivate sales staff to achieve targets, demonstrate company values, and maintain high levels of engagement.
- Support the implementation of trade promotions, merchandising, and in-store activities in alignment with sales strategies.
- Track sales performance, outlet coverage, and team KPIs; provide reports and insights to the Area Sales Manager for corrective actions.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key accounts to support sales growth and outlet loyalty.
