Sales Support, Officer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in sales order processing, order administration, or similar roles.
• Familiar with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH and Pivot Tables.
• Familiar with Indonesian corporate legal documents (NIB, NPWP, SK Kemenkumham, etc.).
• Experience with vendor registration, e-procurement, or tender/RFP documentation is a plus.
• Good attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Willing to work on a project-based contract.

Job Description;

• Process sales orders and ensure customer, pricing, product, and PO details are accurate.
• Resolve order issues and coordinate amendments, cancellations, and re-issues with relevant teams.
• Handle end-to-end vendor registration and e-procurement submissions.
• Prepare administrative documents for tenders/RFPs and client requests.
• Maintain accurate CRM and ERP customer/order records and perform regular data checks.
• Prepare weekly reports on order and document processing.
