The Role You Are About to Embark On
As a Sales Support Officer, you will handle the vital administration for our sales team and serve as the main PIC for coordination between customers and internal teams. Your responsibilities include:
- Capably controlling and monitoring transaction data within our systems to ensure real-time accuracy.
- Applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage daily operational challenges.
- Maintaining effective communication and ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination.
- Staying compliance-oriented with a strong sense of integrity in every task.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Excel for high-level data processing and reporting.
- Maintaining a strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
- Leveraging prior experience as a support staff to enhance team efficiency (an added advantage).
What You Bring to the Journey
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you have the following skills and qualifications:
- A degree in a related field of study.
- One to two years of working exposure or experience in a similar role (preferred, but not essential).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel to handle complex data and reporting needs.
