What You Will Do:
- Perform analysis regarding sales performance (target vs actual, pipeline, conversion rate) and provide recommendation for improvement action.
- Maintain and update sales dashboard, customer, and pipeline data in Sales/CRM database.
- Prepare periodically sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and monitor the update sales achievement progress, status order, invoice and delivery process.
- Perform coordination and collaboration with respective stakeholders to prepare all information, data, documents, etc are provided in order to ensure the process running smoothly.
- Provide sales and others administrative support (quotations, proposals, contracts, tender documents, business trip settlement, PR PO, etc) to ensure no pending settlement.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum 13 years experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or similar roles.
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Advanced Ms. Office.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong coordination & teamwork skill.
- Able to work independently.
- Strong reporting skill, task management skill, & basic analytical thinking.
