Job Description

Responsibilities

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of digital products to both individuals and organizations. You will identify client needs, conduct product presentations, and build strong relationships with clients. Additionally, you will follow up with potential buyers, perform upselling and cross-selling, and work towards achieving sales targets. You will also provide ongoing support, prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and monitor market trends, including analyzing competitors to strengthen the positioning of the company's products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell digital products to new and existing clients.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to made a purchase.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional digital products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions and continuous support.
  • Achieve sales targets and report on sales activities and market trends.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
  • Analyze competitors and identify the company's competitive advantages to strengthen market positioning.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitors to identify product strengths and opportunities.
  • Knowledge of digital products, such as e-learning or top-up services, is a plus.
