Qualification :

• Bachelor degree in all major.
• Minimum 3 years Sales experience, preferably on FMCG industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
• Willing to regularly visit the customer.
• Available to be placed in Tangerang.

Job Description

• Lead and manage the local market (GT) Sales team in the assigned area
• Achieve sales targets and expand market distribution
• Monitor sales performance and implement action plans
• Manage territory coverage and develop new outlets
• Ensure product availability, promotion execution, and merchandising
• Prepare sales reports and analyze market opportunities
• Maintain relationships with key customers and partners
