As a Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving the adoption of innovative collaboration tools in a dynamic and forward-thinking ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
  • At least 1 year of B2B software sales experience, ideally selling:
  • Collaboration tools (e.g., Lark, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom).
  • Project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello).
  • CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  • ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Demonstrated ability in consultative selling and achieving targets.
  • Ability to think ahead and position solutions for long-term value.
  • Confident in using and explaining SaaS tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Job Description

  • Identify, qualify, and convert prospects across industries.
  • Conduct personalized product demos and articulate how Lark meets client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closing and handover to onboarding teams.
  • Analyze customer workflows and propose tailored collaboration solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing objections and aligning Lark with their goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel teams to generate leads and run outreach campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT, HR, Ops).
  • Keep CRM and pipeline data accurate and up to date.
  • Provide timely reporting to the Supervisor Sales on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback.
