Job Description

Position : Sales Specialist-Medical Devices

Location : Jakarta Raya

Role Summary & Responsibility : We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and expand relationships with key partners such as hospitals, clinics, pharmacy chains, distributors, and retail networks. The role will focus on growing sales and strengthening market presence for our diabetes care product portfolio

  • .Develop and manage key accounts, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacy chains, and modern retail partners
  • .Identify new business opportunities to expand market penetration of including blood glucose monitoring systems, test strips, lancets, and insulin needles
  • .Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • .Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies
  • .Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and promotional programs with key accounts
  • .Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to implement product education and promotional activities
  • .Monitor sales performance and account growth against targets
  • .Gather market insights and customer feedback to support business strategy

.Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related fields
  • .3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries
  • .Existing network with hospitals, clinics, or pharmacy chains is highly preferred
  • .Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • .Highly target-driven and results-oriented
  • .Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • .Willingness to travel for client meetings and account visits
