We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Logistics professional to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth for the company's logistics services and solutions. You will play a key role in expanding market reach, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting overall business growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute sales strategies, business plans, and promotional initiatives to achieve sales targets
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and business partners
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiations, quotations, and service agreements
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for management review
- Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to identify new business opportunities and provide strategic recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of logistics services and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners to support long-term business growth
- Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and industry activities
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships effectively
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify market opportunities
- Experience in preparing sales reports and monitoring sales performance
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Familiarity with logistics operations and supply chain processes is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Logistics, or a related field
