Job Description

JYX Packaging, a global leader in luxury and sustainable packaging solutions, is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2B client portfolio. If you have a passion for strategic selling, leading sales teams, and building strong customer relationships in a manufacturing environment we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer development and maintenance: actively develop customers, expand international markets, and achieve personal annual customer development goals (mainly global luxury packaging exports);
  2. Business process follow-up: timely reply to customer emails, work closely with the company&aposs internal production and other departments, coordinate and solve problems that arise during order execution, and track the recovery of order payments in a timely manner;
  3. Project follow-up: follow up on the projects at hand and assist in completing daily management work within the department, such as work reports, data statistics, file sorting, etc.
  4. Handle the coordination work of visiting customers;
  5. Complete temporary work arranged by the leader, etc.

Qualifications

  1. Education: College degree or above; Major: Unlimited
  2. Work experience: 2 years
  3. Have good work results.
  4. Have experience in B2B sales model management, and have high requirements for yourself and the team.
  5. Stability: Develop with the company for a long time.
  6. Sense of responsibility: Complete each work task and project on time and in quality, quantity and time, and consciously take responsibility at work.
  7. Attitude requirements: Enthusiastic and proactive about work.
  8. Values: Respect customers; respect opportunities; respect each other.
