Job Description

The Sales plays a key role in achieving the company's commercial targets, focusing on increasing sales volume. The primary responsibility is to actively promote the company's products and meet the sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the brand's reputation.

Responsibilities of the Sales:

  • Active Sales: Primary task is to attract clients and close deals throughout the sales process.
  • Handling Inquiries: Quickly and accurately respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Client Consultation: Provide detailed information about products and services, answer questions, and solve problems.
  • Communication and Relationship Management: Maintain effective interaction with clients, including callbacks and correspondence, emphasizing polite and respectful communication.
  • CRM Data Management: Efficiently update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
  • Meeting Key Clients: Organize and conduct meetings with important clients to discuss cooperation and present products.
  • Adherence to Standards: Strictly follow the company's operational standards and regulations.

Financial Motivation for the Sales:

Full-time hybrid position | 9 AM 6 PM | 5 working days/week (including weekends, with weekday days off)

Salary IDR 7.000.000 - IDR 10,500,000 after test period

% from personal deals

Daily and weekly bonuses for target achievement

Covering of working needs expences

Hybrid Role - Flexibility working both remotely and from the office, with occasional client meetings or site visits.

Professional Development:

As a part of personal motivation, there are the opportunities to propose and implement ideas for improving the work process, reaching sales targets, giving feedback for the marketing department and Head of Sales Department, as well as monthly personal goal-setting related to the department's activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be available to work on weekends, with corresponding days off during weekdays. Remote work is offered as part of the hybrid arrangement
  • Confident in direct negotiation through messaging, phone calls and meetings
  • Previous experience in sales or manufacturing product sales
  • Understanding CRM tools and software
  • Experience in selling a product of a similar niche will be an advantage
  • Own laptop or PC, high-speed Internet connection
  • English Level at least B2
  • Proficient in spoken and written Indonesian language, with an understanding of local traditions.
  • Goal-oriented with focus on target achievement
