Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets by developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Identify and approach potential clients through calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Present and promote IT outsourcing services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers (HR, IT Manager, CTO, Procurement).
  • Understand client needs for IT talents (Software Engineer, QA, DevOps, Data, Infra, Cloud, etc.).
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of talent to clients.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and handle commercial negotiations.
  • Update sales pipeline and provide regular reports using CRM or internal tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Management, Marketing, or IT).
  • Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably in IT outsourcing / IT staffing / software industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Good understanding of IT team structure and roles.
  • Knowledge of IT outsourcing business models
  • Able to create proposals and deliver professional presentations.
