Key Responsibilities

• Handle cold and warm leads, including lead generation and prospecting.
• Work with CRM systems to manage and track leads.
• Conduct cold calls with potential partners.
• Support product development tailored to the Indonesian audience.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Prepare and maintain reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Indonesian — written and spoken, mandatory.
• English at a working level.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of literacy.
• Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer support is a plus.
