About the Role

Cartrack, a global leader in fleet management and telematics solutions, is expanding its sales presence in Indonesia. We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Representative (Hunter) to focus on new business acquisition across corporate and SME clients.

This is a target-driven, outbound sales role suited for individuals who excel in prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline focused on new business development
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings and product demonstrations
  • Understand customer operational needs and propose tailored fleet management and telematics solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a hunter or new business role
  • Strong experience in cold calling, prospecting, and face-to-face client engagement
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage a field-based sales role
  • Experience in fleet management, telematics, SaaS, IT solutions, logistics, automotive, or insurance is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
