Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta. This role is responsible for promoting and selling Coway's home wellness products to new and existing customers, both directly and through retail or partner channels. Day-to-day activities include identifying sales opportunities, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, following up on leads, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The Sales Specialist will maintain strong customer relationships, provide after-sales support, and gather market feedback to improve sales strategies. The role also involves collaborating with the sales management team, participating in training sessions, and supporting marketing initiatives to strengthen Coway's brand presence in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to explain technical product features in simple terms.
- Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships, handling inquiries, and resolving issues professionally.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, ideally in consumer electronics, home appliances, or wellness products.
- Experience in Training and coaching customers or partners on product usage, benefits, and maintenance.
- Exposure to Sales Management activities, such as reporting, pipeline tracking, and supporting the implementation of sales strategies.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to work with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Comfort working on-site in Jakarta and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Basic proficiency in office productivity tools and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems is an advantage.
