Role Description The Wholesale Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya. This role is responsible for identifying and managing wholesale customers, negotiating pricing and terms, and building long-term business relationships. The specialist will handle daily sales activities, prepare and follow up on quotations, process bulk orders, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery. The role includes monitoring market trends, analyzing sales performance, and providing feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies. The specialist will also collaborate with store and marketing teams to support promotions and ensure excellent service for wholesale clients.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Wholesale and Sales skills, with experience managing bulk orders or B2B clients.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review sales data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Previous experience in electronics retail or distribution, especially in a wholesale environment, is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Surabaya, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM tools) and strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
