Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Canggu, Bali. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role also includes educating potential clients about Betterplace's offerings, addressing inquiries and challenges, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Proven experience in Real Estate Sales/Property Management Services Sales, with a record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
