Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Denpasar. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales operations. The specialist will also conduct customer training sessions, support marketing campaigns, and maintain strong relationships with clients to respond to their needs and foster customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to achieve revenue goals and lead sales processes
• Ability to deliver Training and support programs to assist team members and clients
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop tailored marketing and sales strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with the hospitality or retail industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and marketing platforms is advantageous
