Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves managing sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, identifying opportunities for business growth, and providing exceptional customer service to promote sales. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with teammates to meet sales targets, conduct client consultations, and participate in relevant training programs to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct training and share knowledge effectively
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and foster trust
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms is an advantage
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
- Background or interest in the fitness or wellness industry is a MUST
