Sales Retail (Semarang)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine visits to existing customer stores and encourage product purchases.
• Monitor market conditions, customer demand, and competitor performance within assigned stores and areas.
• Map stores in the designated area and identify potential new stores to approach.
• Identify and report potential opportunities for opening new areas/markets.
• Visit and inspect new customer stores to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Execute marketing programs initiated by the head office.
• Receive complaints and feedback from customer stores and forward them to the relevant internal department.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a sales representative in building materials.
• Strong persuasive communication skills.
• Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and be willing to travel around Semarang and surrounding areas.
